The CGS STI SIX is a centerfire rifle suppressor designed for compatibility with 5.56 and 6 ARC platforms. It is engineered without barrel length restrictions, allowing use across a wide range of host weapons chambered in this caliber. The STI SIX measures 6.5 inches in overall length and features a primary diameter of 1.64 inches. The included mount contributes an additional 1.125 inches to the system length. The main suppressor body is manufactured from titanium using additive manufacturing (DMLS 3D printing), a process selected for its ability to produce consistent internal geometry and reduce overall weight. The suppressor body weighs approximately 9.3 ounces, and the complete system weight with the included flash hider mount is 11.3 ounces.

The HUB DUAL-LOK® 5 AM Silencer is a managed backpressure 5.56mm suppressor constructed from Griffin’s proprietary Nickel 625X™ powder alloy utilizing state-of-the-art DMLS additive manufacturing technology. This is a major evolution to the DUAL-LOK® family of suppressors which were historically manufactured from traditionally manufactured components. These silencers utilize the industry-standard HUB threaded rear (1.375×24 TPI) allowing the end user to configure their suppressor with any of Griffin’s HUB mount adapters, or other manufacturer’s inserts. The proprietary, patent-pending Nickel 625X™ alloy showed in testing a ~68% increase in yield and tensile strength over additively manufactured INCONEL® 625 at 1200°F. INCONEL® 625 is a commonly used suppressor alloy in current next generation military suppressors. Additively manufactured Nickel 625X™ is stronger at 1472°F than INCONEL® 625 cold formed sheet material at room temperature. INCONEL® 625 cold formed material provided adequate service in the last several decades of military suppressors. The new flash hider end cap reduces system backpressure by peripherally venting gases, resulting in softer recoil impulses, less wear and tear on the host firearm, and reduces operator exposure to toxic gases. Griffin Armament Optimus 7 Suppressor, .30cal, Hub

The Optimus® 7 is a .30cal additive manufactured (3D Printed) suppressor optimized for reducing system back pressure over “traditional” suppressors by way of its high gas flow baffle design, while maintaining impressive flash and sound reduction. The quad-tine flash hider endcap was painstakingly tuned in conjunction with the low back pressure baffle stack to kill flash at a level almost unseen in other low back pressure suppressors available on the market. This suppressor was optimized for .30cal projectiles such as .308 WIN and .300WM.
The Optimus® 7 is made entirely from ultra-strong 17-4 H900 heat treated stainless steel. The tube body of the printed core is machined during post-production to create a smooth, beautiful exterior absent of the normal printing layers visible in most other printed cans. The blast shield and mount system is machined in-house from 17-4 SS, then laser-welded to the baffle core allowing for easy warranty of the suppressor in the case of a baffle strike or other catastrophic failure. Optimus® 7 suppressors, like all other Griffin suppressors, are warrantied for life under Griffin’s Perpetual Lifetime Warranty™. Griffin Armament has been designing and prototyping additive-manufactured suppressors for many years, but felt the technology had not become accessible or affordable enough to bring to market a feature-packed sound suppressor at a value-driven price. Recent advancements in 3D metal printing technology has changed this and in response Griffin went full-tilt into designing it’s first line of suppressors manufactured using this technology. The Osprey’s unique shape make it the only multi-caliber polygonal pistol silencer on the market. The monocore baffle design in a polygonal package allows for greater internal volume and therefore better sound performance. The Osprey utilizes a push button locking system for quick indexing. This system allows the majority of the suppressor to sit below the shooter’s line of sight, therby not impeding standard pistol sights. The Osprey 2.0 was designed to be used “wet” or “ dry.” Shooting “wet” temporarily improves sound suppression by inserting a small amount of ablative media.
