I have medium size hands and the short trigger goes in all my Sigs. It really helps me to get the grip high and back in hand without having to then reach for the trigger. This gives me a better trigger press, without disturbing my sight picture. For me, it's a must have mod.

This trigger, combined with the E2 grip, makes my P226 fit my medium to smallish size hands much better.
