Product reviews: Smith & Wesson M&P Shield Plus 9mm 10RD Magazine

I am 80 years old, have a new Equalizer and received 2-10 round magazines with it. I like using 6 magazines: 5 for range rounds and 1 for street. I like loading a carton of rounds into the 5 before going to the range. However, I can not get any of the four magazines you sent to take the 10th cartridge. I love using the loader that came with the Equalizer but unable to load the 10th. This is not a waste of my money so no refund or returns but it is a nuisance to have 4 cartridges left over. The magazines that came with the pistol do take 10. I will not hesitate to use you folks for my meager needs as customer service you offer is a seller in itself. Cheers!
