Was looking to replace my Sig Sauer P229 SAS Gen2 magazines since I, and many others were having issues with not being able to load the 15th round. I purchased two new magazines from Topgun that were made by Mecgar. The magazines worked perfectly without any issues. I highly recommend Topgun!!!!

In January 2018 was lucky to find a Sig P229 SAS Gen2 for sale on a well known online seller. The pistol came with two magazines that were extremely difficult to load 15 rounds into. After doing some Sig related forum research, I discovered that there are two manufacturers who make Sig mags as well as many recommendations to always check TGS when making purchases for Sigs. I have purchased four 15 round mags from Top Gun for the P229 (which has the E2 grip), each one has Sig Sauer P229-1 and Made in Italy stamped on the mag. I believe this means they are made by Mec Gar and each one has worked flawlessly. Can easily load the full capacity of 15 rounds. Very happy with the purchases from Top Gun and the speed at which things arrive down here in southern Arizona.

The Sig Sauer P229-11 E2 9mm 15RD magazine functioned perfectly and was the proper fit for my E2 model 229. Performed as expected 100%. Definitely the right fit for the model.

These magazines are high quality. TGS was great at getting them to me quickly. They work perfectly in my P229 SAS Gen 2. The older magazines work fine in them as well.

I’ve tried a variety of non-Sig magazines in my 229 but the factory mags have always been the most reliable. These are the only magazines I will carry on duty.

This was my 1st purchase from TGS they had the correct 229-1 mags for my sig , placed my order and in less than an hour I received a email from Brad that my order had been shipped you just don't see that kind of top notch service these days this is my 1st choice for sig sauer parts or accessories I would definetley recommend
