In January 2018 was lucky to find a Sig P229 SAS Gen2 for sale on a well known online seller. The pistol came with two magazines that were extremely difficult to load 15 rounds into. After doing some Sig related forum research, I discovered that there are two manufacturers who make Sig mags as well as many recommendations to always check TGS when making purchases for Sigs. I have purchased four 15 round mags from Top Gun for the P229 (which has the E2 grip), each one has Sig Sauer P229-1 and Made in Italy stamped on the mag. I believe this means they are made by Mec Gar and each one has worked flawlessly. Can easily load the full capacity of 15 rounds. Very happy with the purchases from Top Gun and the speed at which things arrive down here in southern Arizona.

I bought two of these, one for a 229 and one for a 226. In both cases it worked as expected. My high thumb grip was preventing the slide for locking open on an empty magazine because I was riding the slide release. This part fixes that issue. Now, my slide locks open on an empty magazine without changing my grip. I did have to modify my G-10 grips to work with these, but it was minimal and easily done with a file.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Brad was outstanding on the communication. I added a couple of extra items and they still processed everything and shipped them out in less than 24 hours. Mags run perfectly, but I had to file down the top of the baseplate where my pinkie rests. It was VERY sharp.

Item arrived promptly. After installation, my pistol exhibited a false reset, meaning the pistol made an audible click during reset but the trigger did not reset. This false reset it consistent on this trigger bar. I’d rather not trust my life on an out of spec trigger bar. Currently attempting to return this item, have not hear back yet.

As an NRA Certified Firerams Instructor this magazine is excellent for high capacity carry and training. The product I received was an original "Sig Sauer" magazine with plus 2 rounds extension. Though shipping was alittle slow, the mag. was used immediately at the range and operated flawlessly. Top gun is "On Point!" and I would recommend to my students and friends in the law enforcement/military community.

I installed this trigger on a Sig P229 Legion because I needed a shorter reach/more comfortable trigger. I got exactly what I wanted. Once installed, the adjustments are quick and easy. The trigger has seemingly lightened the DA pull because I get more of my finger on the trigger. Overall another excellent product from Grayguns.

The magazine for the P365 Sig was perfect. I have what is to be considered a large hand. It made the pistol easy to stay on target while the pinky rested in the plastic extension for magazine. Nice gun and now a better fit !!
