The Pro-Shot Micro-Polished Cleaning Rods are made from spec stainless steel with a proprietary jeweled finish. Due to added steps in the manufacturing process, the Pro-Shot rod is more dense and harder than other rods. The polished finish ensures that these rods do not pick up any foreign substances that may be abrasive to the bore.

I have a .22 cal. rifle with an 18" barrel and this cleaning rod is a perfect fit.
The quality of this cleaning rod is great. I would guess that all of Pro-Shot products are of the same high quality.
