Interesting enough, if you are going to add a rebounding Hammer to an early Sig P220, you need to replace the Hammer Stop Pin with a later production. The early production Pin is full diameter the entire length, of the Pin which will restrict the compression of the Hammer Reset Spring, and cause early failure of the Hammer Reset Spring. The later production pin has a reduced diameter center section which allows the Hammer Reset Spring to function properly.
