The Ruger SP101 revolver features a smaller Ruger cushioned grip system with no exposed metal at the back strap for shooter comfort. The patented triple locking cylinder mechanism securely locks the cylinder into the frame at the front, rear, and bottom. Its stainless steel frame has no weakening side plates. This model has a 4.2" stainless steel barrel, frame, and cylinder. It also has a black rubber grip with an engraved wood insert and fiber optic and adjustable rear sights.

Its cold hammer-forged barrel is locked into the receiver by a unique, two-screw, V-block system. The easy-to-use extended magazine release provides smooth, no-fuss removal of flush-mounted magazine. The 10/22 Carbine also utilizes a cross-bolt safety, polymer trigger housing assembly, detachable rotary magazine and includes a combination scope base adapter for both Weaver-style and .22 tip-off scope mounts.

It has a rugged construction with through-hardened steel slide and one-piece, high-performance, glass-filled nylon grip frame. This Ruger AR-556 semi-automatic rifle is made from forged aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum. The hard coat anodized, flattop upper receiver includes a forward assist, dust cover and brass deflector, while the Magpul M-Lok handguards are made from heat-resistant glass-filled nylon. It also has a bolt machined from 9310 alloy steel, single-stage trigger, chrome-plated bolt carrier with a matte black oxide finish on the exterior. The AR-556 also utilizes a heavy contour, cold hammer-forged barrel and ergonomic pistol grip. Ships with one 30rnd Magazine.
