Extremely well made. Very quick switch with no additional parts needed. As accurate as original barrel. Functions flawlessly. A little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. I am very pleased with the barrel, use it often and would recommend it to others.

I had high expectations for this firearm considering the name brand and price range. I could not have been more disappointed. I was qualifying for my CHL after firing approx 100 rounds at the same facility earlier that day. I was surprised when my magazine fell out of my firearm and landed at my feet. I ended up sending my new Kimber back to the manufacturer for repair after trying different mags etc. The laser grip was a joke as well. I chalk it up to me buying into the hype. I sold it. I need dependability when my life depends on it...

The barrel conversion was a drop in and worked flawlessly at the range. It made my P229 a real contender. Now I always have the option of 40s&w or 357 sig as choices for ammo.

I was glad to find a steel guide rod to replace the factory polymer guide rod that was in my P229R. I didn't see the point in spending more for stainless since this will work just fine.Great company! Great product selection! Great prices!
