| Kimber's new R7 Mako is a high capacity, polymer-frame, striker fired micro-compact pistol chambered in 9mm. The OI (optics installed) model comes with the crimson trace CT-1500 optic already installed. Has 3-dot TruGlo Tritium Pro Night Sights with and orange front ring and white rear rings. The barrel lug sits farther back than most barrel designs and minimizes cant when the slide is unlocked. Less cant mean less movement and less felt recoil. Comes with ambi controls and a performance carry trigger, 5-6.75 pounds. The trigger shoe is flat faced and breaks crisp and clean. Capacity for the Mako is a flush 12RD magazines or the extended 14RD magazine.
