The CMMG® BANSHEE™ series has a number of 9mm AR pistols built on a few different platforms. The Mk4 platform this BANSHEE is built on has a standard AR15-pattern lower receiver and utilizes our 9mm AR conversion magazines with the same familiar AR15 manual of arms.
From the quick deploying RIPBRACE® to the stylized receivers and EML™ handguards, every BANSHEE is tailor-made to be the personal defense weapon you can always depend on. With full-length M-LOK® slots on both sides and the bottom of the handguard as well as M-LOK between the top Picatinny rail sections, you’ll always have enough space for those must-have accessories. Radial Delayed Blowback™ Operating System. Originally developed for the .45 ACP MkG platform, CMMG has adapted our Radial Delayed Blowback system across our pistol caliber lineup to create pistols and rifles with a softer recoil impulse and reduced bolt weight compared to traditional straight blowback systems. Mk4 ZEROED parts and accessories – Quality comes standard The AR15 platform is well known for its capability for customization but picking the right parts doesn’t have to be a nightmare of homework. Delivering all the capability the MkGs platform has become renowned for, the 6.5 9mm MkGs DISSENT is one of the most portable PDWs on the market today. Crafted from 7075 T6 Aluminum receivers, the 9mm DISSENT is ruggedly built. All DISSENTs come with a 1913 picatinny rail end cap allowing the attachment of slings, pistol brace, or stock* of your choice. Bolt operation is accomplished via the forward non-reciprocating side charger, allowing for quick use while staying on target.Radial Delayed Blowback Compact Action: 9mm ammo loadings can vary greatly, from supersonic to subsonic. With a wide range of bullet weights comes new engineering challenges in a new platform. The 9mm Radial Delayed Blowback Compact Action addresses these challenges by utilizing a fixed ejector in the upper receiver. Added benefits are a lighter BCG with less felt recoil while providing consistent performance with a wide range of ammo and maintaining lower compatibility with a wider range of lowers. TriggerTech AR-D 2-Stage Trigger: TriggerTechs AR-D trigger was developed in collaboration with CMMG to be fully optimized for use with DISSENT firearms and upper receiver groups.
