This is an outstanding upgrade for Sig Sauer pistols. It really makes a big difference in the trigger reset and shorter trigger pulls on followup shots. It gets followup shots off much faster with less movement which keeps you on target. I highly recommend this kit. Well worth the money.

I had the Sig Sauer SRT Kit installed by a gunsmith friend of mine on my P228. He said it was an easy install. Triger action is much smother with far less pull than the original trigger action on the P228. I received the kit quickly & in good shape from Top Gun. It is a major improvement for a very inexpensive upgrade. Top Gun made the transaction very easy & I will be happy to but fron them again.

I was very pleased with the service I received from your staff at "Top Guns" Some of the questions were answered and were helpful in getting my Sig 226 to preform better than it has when it left the factory. Now I doesn't feel like I am trying to pull a cinder block with my little finger. Being an Armour in the service I did some modifications to the hammer and sear. Now I have a shorter trigger pull (3.2lbs) and it shoots like it was meant to. Stoning and polishing all essential parts made this shoot like a dream. Thanks so much for all you advice and help in perfecting my P226.

The installation was easy, however, I have not actually fired the weapon yet, but all the parts work for the dry firing... and the reset is considerable... I hope Sig will make this as part of their manufacturing in the future. The order was fast and easy, arriving a day early. kudos to Top Gun

I have purchased Sig parts from Topgun for all if my P series and never have I had any problems with order, shipping, price or delivery! Highly recommend for pistol parts. If you own a Sig pistol, you should look into installing this SRT shirt reset trigger kit. Smoother trigger pull and removes all but a very little takeup in the second shot double action trigger movement.

I have got to say.. the way ppl talk about dramatic differences with the SRT. I don't see it. In fact I took two identical p226's one with SRT one without and over about 10 tests my roommate and I measured the difference. The normal one already resets almost at the back. The SRT makes about a 2 maybe 3mm difference. I just don't see how one can claim this is life changing. When you release from the trigger after firing a round, you surpass the normal rest any way. Because it already resets almost at the back. Also I've seen on several forums that they aren't as safe. I'll keep it, but I'm not impressed. I think it's a gimmick and Sig users are so loyal they just soak up the hype. If you want a real trigger make over, change the mainspring to a 17# Wolfe springs spring, with the handles off dry fire and notice how the sear interfaces with the hammer and trigger bar, and polish this areas to mirror smooth. Will be very small areas. And you have to work really slow. Can't stress that enough. Then coat with a light gun oil film and reassemble. You'll notice a drastic difference in DA/SA pull and you'll get a very smooth break. This is what a gunsmith would do for $250, $300. A sig is so easy to work on. Anyone can do it.
