I don’t know how often this should be replaced according to sig armorers but was clear that my SOCOM 226 needed it. Made sure slide not locking back was not due to weak mag springs so replaced this and it’s associated spring. Rocking now. Now maybe was just the spring but wanted to make sure. TGS had both parts got them to me quickly.

After a while of having a double click trigger reset, I finally found that the striker safety spring had broken. Ordered replacements from top gun supply and the order came expediently. I replaced it and now the trigger has a clean, crisp trigger reset between each shot. Satisfied customer

Shooting many full house loads strains parts like slide catch lever. I keep this part on hand along with recoil and mag springs to ensure functioning. Great price at TGS.
