I have been a SIG Classic line handgun fan for over 20 years, but acquired my first 40 S&W P320 three years ago. Since then it has become my favorite, leading me to get one in 9mm as an alternate caliber. I like virtually everything about them: their modularity, trigger pull weight and action, accuracy, reliability, and feel of the grip. I prefer the magazine catch to be on the right side of the gun, and it took me about three minutes with a straightened paper clip to switch this one. I currently have about 200 rounds with the 9mm and of course no failures using everything from wimpy 115 grain training ammo to hot 124 grain +P duty. The barrel of the new gun was tight in the slide when new, and that, plus low-powered ammo used during the first session caused case ejection over and onto my head. After the little break-in session today, however, that has stopped and the cases go where they’re supposed to. Several of my friends and students have P320 pistols as well, and I’ve seen nothing to indicate that their experiences haven’t been as good as mine. Definitely recommended.
