Arsenals Exclusive Milled And Forged Receiver
Each SAM7K-34 pistol receiver is milled from a hot-die hammer forged receiver blank by the Arsenal Co. of Bulgaria. Other milled-receivers are machined from bar stock, but Arsenals hot-die hammer forging produces stronger and finer-grained steel. Internal voids and cooling deformations are eliminated by the 5-ton hammer forging process.

Each SAM7K-34 forged pistol receiver starts out as a blank and requires over 5.5 hours of milling before assembly. This forging and milling process is very complex and time-intensive, but with our meticulous attention to detail, we deliver a receiver of unequalled strength, precision, and durability.

Since 1947 the AK47 has been the standard weapon of enemies and allies of America. It is arguably the most used riffle platform in the world. At this time over 106 nations use the AK47 as their national riffle. There are at least 100 million AK47 in use based on a number of variations around the world.

The AK 47 stand for Avtomat Kalashnikova -- also known simply as the Kalashnikov. The design is all about simplicity and ease of use and maintenance. There were many guns at the time whose design influenced the design for the AK47 one of these was Germany's Sturmgewehr-44. The stG-44 was intended to lay down heavy fire with smaller rounds, and the AK47 followed with that same goal in mind.

The AK 47 was designed to fire in almost any condition. It was also designed to clear jams easily, but because of its simplistic design it rarely jams. Many have fired rounds with sand, mud, or dirt in the weapon and it still has not jammed.

A fully automatic AK 47 has the ability to fire at up to a 600 rounds per minute rate of fire. This makes the AK one of the deadliest weapons ever designed. The rate of fire, ease of use, and design make it a powerful weapon of choice. Today’s AKs are actually AKMs were the design has been updated with modern components for even more ease of use.
