The new Glock 42 handgun chambered in .380ACP. Released at SHOT Show 2014, this latest design is slim and compact. The smallest of the Glock line, the G42 used .380ACP in a single stack magazine configuration making this super compact gun fill the niche for deep concealment, pocket carry or those with small hands that the larger models do not accommodate. This gun is less than 1 inch wide and weighs just over 14 ounces, fully loaded. The standard capacity of the magazine is six rounds, plus one in the chamber for seven rounds total capacity. For those of you shopping for a small self defense firearm or a back-up gun, the Glock 42 is definitely worth a hard look.
