Bedair Stainless Steel Guide Rod - SIG P228/229

Each guide rod is machined, ground and polished for a precision fit from 304 stainless steel. Stainless guide rods are solid and will not distort. The added weight of the stainless guide rod is placed under the barrel where it's needed most. This helps reduce recoil which equals less muzzle flip and allows more accurate follow up shots. Stainless is corrosion resistant. The stainless guide rod replaces the original factory hollow metal or plastic factory guide rod and uses your existing recoil spring.
