Advancements in design and feed lip geometry yield enhanced function. An appreciable advancement in reliability and function has been achieved with our redesigned series of MATCH GRADE mags. These improvements can also offer reliability with a wider selection of ammunition (HP, SWC, etc). MATCH GRADE mags are the only full-featured, stock-length, fixed-base magazines available for 1911s. Convenient, quick referencing feature - by slightly increasing the size of the view holes and numbering them, one can quickly determine at glance just how many rounds are in the magazine. MATCH GRADE mags are made to the same exacting tolerances as our high end POWER MAG series. That means die-controlled tolerances held to +/- .001 inches (over 75% tighter tolerances than the Military Specifications used by our competitors). The springs used in MATCH GRADE mags are made from the same aerospace grade Rocket Wire as those used in our high- end POWER MAG series. The fixed base plate on MATCH GRADE mags comes standard with two holes to facilitate the simple installation of the CMC screw-on base pads.
